תקנון ותנאי שימוש לאתר נעמהלי

1. כללי:

    1.1. אתר נעמהלי (להלן: “האתר”) מנוהל ומופעל על ידי נעמהלי,      

          neamaleebynoylanciano@gmail.com.

    1.2. התקנון מהווה הסכם משפטי מחייב בין המשתמש/ת לבין מפעילי האתר.

    1.3. הגישה והשימוש באתר, כולל רכישת מוצרים ושירותים, כפופים לתנאי תקנון זה ולחוקי מדינת

           ישראל.

    1.4. אם אינך מסכים/ה לתנאי התקנון, יש להימנע משימוש באתר.

2. תחומי פעילות האתר:

    2.1. חבילות סטיילינג:

           • באתר מוצעות חבילות סטיילינג אישיות ודיגיטליות לרכישה.

           • השירותים יינתנו בהתאם לפרטי החבילה הנבחרת, כפי שמתוארים באתר.

           • ייתכן ששירותי הסטיילינג יתבצעו במפגשים אישיים, שיחות אונליין, או שליחת תוכניות

             מותאמות בדוא”ל.

2.2. מדריכי סטיילינג כתובים:

       • מדריכי סטיילינג ניתנים לרכישה ולהורדה בפורמט דיגיטלי (PDF).

       • הקבצים יישלחו לכתובת הדוא”ל שסופקה בעת הרכישה, ולא ניתן להעבירם או לשכפלם ללא      

          אישור בכתב ממפעילי האתר.

2.3. חנות בגדים (בקרוב):

       • בעת פתיחת החנות, ניתן יהיה לרכוש פרטי לבוש ואביזרים דרך האתר.

       • כללים הנוגעים למשלוחים, החלפות והחזרות יתעדכנו עם השקת החנות.

2.4. מגזין סטיילינג ולייף סטייל:

       • באתר מוצגים תכנים חינמיים ו/או בתשלום בנושאי סטיילינג, אופנה ולייף סטייל.

       • המאמרים מוגנים בזכויות יוצרים ואין להעתיקם או לעשות בהם שימוש מסחרי ללא אישור בכתב.

3. רכישות ותשלומים:

    3.1. מוצרים ושירותים בתשלום:

           • כל המוצרים והשירותים באתר מוצעים בשקלים חדשים וכוללים מע”מ, אלא אם צוין אחרת.

           • התשלום מתבצע באמצעות כרטיס אשראי, פייפאל או כל אמצעי תשלום מאובטח אחר המוצע

              באתר.

3.2. אישור רכישה:

       • לאחר השלמת התשלום, תישלח חשבונית לכתובת הדוא”ל שהוזנה.

       • יש לוודא שפרטי ההזמנה נכונים. מפעילי האתר אינם אחראים להזנת פרטים שגויים.

3.3. מדיניות מחירים:

       • האתר רשאי לעדכן מחירים, להציע מבצעים ולהסירם ללא הודעה מוקדמת.

4. ביטולים והחזרים:

    4.1. חבילות סטיילינג:

           • ניתן לבטל את ההזמנה עד 14 יום ממועד הרכישה, בתנאי שלשירות לא ניקבע תאריך עדיין.

           • לאחר תחילת מתן השירות (כולל שיחת ייעוץ או שליחת תוכנית סטיילינג), לא יתאפשר החזר                   כספי.

4.2. מדריכי סטיילינג דיגיטליים:

       • רכישת מדריך דיגיטלי אינה ניתנת לביטול לאחר שליחת הקובץ ללקוח.

4.3. חנות בגדים (בקרוב):

       • מדיניות החזרות והחלפות עבור בגדים ואביזרים תתעדכן עם השקת החנות.

5. זכויות יוצרים וקניין רוחני:

    5.1. כל התכנים באתר, לרבות טקסטים, מדריכים, תמונות, עיצובים וסרטונים, מוגנים בזכויות יוצרים.

    5.2. אין לשכפל, להפיץ, או להשתמש בתכני האתר ללא אישור בכתב מבעליו.

6. פרטיות ואבטחת מידע:

    6.1. האתר מחויב לשמירה על פרטיות המשתמשים בהתאם לחוק הגנת הפרטיות,

           התשמ”א-1981.6.2. פרטי התשלום של הלקוחות אינם נשמרים במערכות האתר, אלא מעובדים              על ידי ספקי שירות תשלום מאובטחים.

    6.3. האתר שומר לעצמו את הזכות להשתמש במידע שסופק (כגון כתובת דוא”ל) לצורך שיפור חוויית 

           המשתמש ושליחת עדכונים (בכפוף להסכמת המשתמש).

7. הגבלת אחריות:

    7.1. האתר מספק מידע ושירותים כפי שהם (As Is) ואינו מתחייב להתאמתם לצרכים אישיים של

          המשתמשים.

    7.2. מפעילי האתר לא יישאו באחריות לכל נזק ישיר או עקיף הנגרם כתוצאה משימוש באתר או

          במוצרים הנרכשים בו.

8. שינויים בתקנון:

    8.1. האתר שומר לעצמו את הזכות לעדכן את התקנון בהתאם לשינויים בפעילות האתר או בחקיקה              הרלוונטית.

    8.2. תאריך העדכון האחרון מופיע בראש התקנון.

              store’s launch.
